"... and there were row after row of decaying creatures, their hands held out regimentally and their faces showing various tautened expressions. Genii carefully trod past each one utterly terrified as his imagination brought them to life. Crawling across the floor, cracking their yellowed bones, and surrounding him in the darkness. He pinched himself hard, returning to the deathly silence of reality, and headed towards the light source.
The cold light shone out from the palms of an exceptionally well dressed corpse. It's eyes seemed to hold more life in them than the others (if that were possible), and it's stretched grimace could almost pass for a smile. Genii shuddered. It was clear that the corpse was holding onto something, but it's bony fingers were tightly hiding it from view.
Curiosity caught Genii off guard and ignoring his fear for a moment he stepped closer for a better look. As soon as he moved however, so did the corpse. In one disgusting cracking sound it's head lifted and each of it's fingers unclasped from the glowing object (some of which snapped off completely). Genii froze, clearly his imagination was in overdrive again, but he shook more that ever before as the corpse began to breathe in sickening rasps..."
